Sports Program originated in 2011 at KLCZ 88.9 while Derek @YonimusPrime was still a student in college. After a 6 year hiatus, Derek brought Sports Program with resident cool guy, Zach Swan. Basically every conversation they had together usually involved sports-talk in a dive bar. So naturally they both thought “what if we talked about sports with mostly an audience of our mothers and some friends?” And thus Sports Program was reborn on KLCZ. Sports Program joined the Time Spent Poorly Network in 2018 and are the self-appointed #1 source of sports. We’re totally kidding, but we are pretty awesome.
